Dr. Andy “Moltar” Multer

Meet Dr. Andy "Moltar" Multer, an accomplished aviator, flight instructor, and dedicated academic. His journey began with an early enlistment in the US Navy, where he served on the USS Albuquerque (SSN-706) and picked up his distinctive call sign, "Moltar."

After his military service, Dr. Multer dove into higher education, earning a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in Creative Writing and concurrently pursuing his passion for flight, securing his Private, Instrument, and Commercial pilot certificates through Texas State Technical College for his Associate of Applied Science in Aircraft Pilot Training. His career took off at CAE, a jet training company, where he not only supported clients but also earned his PIC Type Rating in the Cessna Citation Excel. He's also spent countless hours as a flight instructor, teaching students to fly.

Dr. Multer's experience includes corporate aviation, flying a Cessna Citation XLS and King Air C90GT. While earning his MBA in Finance, he explored the world of accounting and finance, but quickly realized his true calling was in aviation. He's now an Assistant Professor of Aviation and Graduate Coordinator at the University of Central Missouri, where he continues to inspire future aviation leaders. Dr. Multer holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Finance from Liberty University and is a Certified Member of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), with additional certifications in Airport Safety Management Systems and Finance.
